The One Where Matthew Perry Made the Impossible Decision of Picking His Favourite Line from Friends.

I mean, it can’t have been an easy job. Chandler easily had the funniest lines (that is so not (not) true) on Friends and over ten years, is it possible to pick just one out of the bunch as the best?

Well, in an interview with Good Morning America, Perry said his favourite comeback is from season two in the episode “The One With Ross’s New Girlfriend.”

In one scene, Joey (Matt LeBlanc) is trying to convince Chandler to use his longtime tailor. After taking a while to remember how old he was when he got his first suit (“I was 15. No wait … 16. No, excuse me, 15. All right, when was 1990?”), Chandler pauses, then says “Okay, you have to stop the Q-tip when there’s resistance.”

Well it has all the characteristics of his distinct dry humour and witty sarcasm so we approve.

You can watch the scene (which in fairness includes many great lines) below:
