We've barely had time to recover from season five's shocking finale and we're already learning about new characters and getting hints at the fate of some of our favourites thanks to some leaked audition footage and script.

Obviously potential spoilers lie below so if you like to keep your life free of them, look away now.

An alleged leaked audition video of British actress Tehmina Sunny reading for the part of a red priestess (step aside Melisandre) by the name of Kinvara made a brief appearance online before rapidly disappearing this week, but not quick enough that fans didn't sink their teeth into it and figure out what it all meant.

According to the Express, the scene sets up a meeting between Kinvara and Tyrion and Varys in Meereen as they struggle to rule the city in Daenerys' absence, with the exchange going as follows.

Kinvara: 'Her dragons are fire made flesh. A gift from the Lord of Light. But you’ve heard all of this before, haven’t you? On the Long Bridge of Volantis? The dragons purify nonbelievers by the thousands, burning their sins and flesh away.'

Tyrion/Varys: Ideally, we’d avoid purifying many non-believers. The Mother of the Dragon has followers from many different faiths.'

Kinvara: 'You want your queen to be worshiped and obeyed. And while she’s gone, you want her advisors to be worshiped and obeyed.'

Tyrion: 'I'd settle for obeyed.'

Kinvara: 'I will summon mummers and appoint priests. They will spread the word. Daenerys has been sent to lead the people against the darkness.. for this war, and the Great War yet to come.'

Varys: 'That sounds excellent. A man named Stannis Baratheon was appointed as the Chosen One by one of your priestesses. He too had a glorious destiny. He attacked King’s Landing, and was soundly defeated by the man standing beside me. Last I heard, he’d been defeated again. This time at Winterfell.. and this time for good.'

So what does that all mean? Well we're guessing that Stannis is properly dead, even if the camera didn't exactly show it. And it seems that now he's gone this red priestess at least is hedging her bets on Dany being the one who's meant to save everyone from the White Walkers (once she learns how to train her dragons properly).

We have to take this with a pinch of salt though, because we're not going to get any officially word on casting or any news about the sixth season of the show for a while, probably San Diego Comic Con in July.
