It's a wonder Channel 4 didn't make him do this when he was presenting a chat show every night for them circa 2004.

The BBC are planning on having Norton present a 7-hour show in March in aid of Comic Relief, with approximately 50 guests due to appear, such as Miranda Hart, David Walliams and Matt Smith. That's one massive cluster-plugathon right there.

A PR sport spouting to The Sun said: "This will be the most exhausting thing Graham has ever done. Seven hours of live telly is no mean feat so Graham is booking people he knows will lift his spirits (so no Tom Cruise or Billy Connolly then). There will be all the usual banter and silly clips and there will be some big set pieces too, which are being thrashed out now."

The show will monopolise a night of viewing, from 7pm until 2am. It's not exactly Chris Moyles and his ex-mate Comedy Dave (they were friends/co-workers until Chris went on holidays with Dave's ex-wife) pulling off 50 hours of live radio, but impressive nonetheless.
