The host sends off 2012 with three Hollywood A-listers on the sofa - Tom Cruise, Hugh Jackman and Billy Crystal - who are given the platform to tell him about their respective new films, action thriller Jack Reacher, musical adaptation Les Miserables and comedy Parental Guidance. Graham is also joined by stand-up comedian John Bishop, and Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry, judges on The Great British Bake Off. So, it might be a bit like las week's Christmas Special - where you get about 5 minutes with some guests, while getting a little too much Billy... Pink provides the music. Gabby Logan rings in the New Year with Big Ben if you fancy a bit of live action.
