The world has been watching North Korea closely for the past few weeks, so it's the perfect time to catch this Panorama special. John Sweeney reports from inside one of the most rigidly controlled nations on earth in a fascinating piece of telly that gives us an insight into life under the rule of Kim Jong-un. John will be travelling from the capital Pyongyang to the countryside beyond, before returning back to the demilitarised border with South Korea.
