We've had the Hairy Bikers, the Hairy Bakers, and now they've become the Hairy Dieters after accepting that years of overindulgence has taken its toll. But the boys are determined to still love their food and lose weight, which means confronting some truths about themselves and what they normally eat. In episode two, Dave and Si's challenge is to reinvent their favourite family meals. They set out to tackle a slimline cooked breakfast but they're determined to deliver all the excitement of a fry-up without the damage to the waistline. They also look at a calorie-conscious roast chicken dinner, and make the ultimate sacrifice in a bid to help shift the pounds - give up their beloved motorbikes in favour of bicycles.
