Format Farm - Baptism of Hire. RTE2: 9.30pm

Plaudits for the title alone. Let's hope the ingenuity doesn't end there. The accompanying press pictures indicate otherwise... Baptism Of Hire is a brand new hidden camera show that blends improv with scripted performances and a (very) large dollop of silliness. Based around the universally nerve wracking first day at work, a team of actors create a fake company complete with a cast of believable-but-odd employees and some pretty bizarre situations, all of which are designed to test the dedication of our unsuspecting temp who thinks it's all just-another-day-at-the-office in tech start-up, Digital Spider. Yep, these people think they're getting some work during a recession. Oh the hilarity.
