TV3 cameras join four workers from An Post and Eircom as they make their final preparations in loading up two lorries with medical supplies, bedding and toys for the 2,500 km journey to children's homes in Skuodas and Akmene in Northern Lithuania. Once they set off, Paul, Michael, Rory and Donal share their personal journeys with viewers every step of the way. Conditions in the institutions are poor, and the men work closely with Save the Children to make a difference to the lives of the youngsters and the carers.
