Well, hello Charlie. The esteemed and often warped writer and broadcaster offers his usual satirical look at the latest news from politics, the media and the internet, casting a critical eye over trends in TV, cinema, computer games and social media, in an effort to wring a little laughter from a hilariously troubled world. Charlie will be joined in the studio each week by guests and - unfortunately - there will be regular contributions from American comedian Doug Stanhope. Sorry, I just don't find him that funny. In short, more Charlie please! Fans of footie will no doubt be glued to Football Focus: Transfer Deadline Special, which follows at 11.20pm.
