Four new student nurses, Ally, Aoife, Jamie and Robyn face a gruelling first day in the ED, as they struggle to cope with the devastating effects of a horrific coach crash, as the long-running medical drama continues. As Ally, Aoife, Jamie and Robyn make their way in to work for the first time, news comes in that 30 children and their teachers have been involved in a coach crash on the Holby Ring Road. With the normal induction out of the window, the student nurses are quickly partnered with their mentors - Linda, Fletch, Charlie and Lloyd - but can they keep it together and not lost the plot?
