Prepare to feel ancient - 'rickrolling' started almost ten years ago. We know, we had to take a moment too.

For the uninitiated, rickrolling is an online joke/prank that first cropped up in 2007 and involves tricking people into watching Rick Astley's 'Never Gonna Give You Up' instead of a desired video or song. Yes it's extremely juvenile and yes it's annoying but this was the internet in 2007 (and it's only gotten worse really).

Now the prank has gone to a new level as one city in North Carolina is learning. Someone in Asheville has masterminded fake parking tickets with QR codes that link to the video when scanned and started leaving them on the cars of unsuspecting commuters and they are not pleased.
