The annual roast at the White House Correspondents Dinner is often used as a chance for a sitting President to demonstrate their ability to take a joke at their own expense, and very often, they'll get their own chance right after to rebut or take a few swipes themselves.

Donald Trump's the first sitting President since Ronald Reagan, who at the time was recuperating following an assassination attempt, to not attend the White House Correspondents Dinner and do we even need to explain why he's not going? No? Good.

Anyway, last year's roast was given by Daily Show alum Hasan Minahj and this year's speech was another Daily Show alum, this time being Michelle Wolf. For about twenty minutes, Wolf didn't so much roast as scorch the entire room and turned on both sides of the political divide, and especially went after Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders - who was sitting right next to the podium.

How bad was it? Well, she compared Sanders to Aunt Lydia from The Handmaid's Tale. That's just the start.

Here's the speech in full.
