Is there anything worse than being caught scrolling through your phone during work?

How about when getting caught scrolling through your phone during work while you're on live TV.

BBC News Anchor Joanna Gosling was caught unaware when the camera cut back to her in the BBC Newsroom at lunchtime yesterday. Thinking that she wouldn't be going live any time soon, Gosling is seen scrolling through her phone at the start before she realises what's going on. While many would have panicked in such a situation, Gosling kept her cool and handled it like an absolute pro.

And sure heck, let's remind ourselves of the time our own Aengus Mac Grianna got caught out on the RTE News.
