The reporter Donald Trump insulted with racist comment responds with class
April Ryan is the African-American reporter that asked Donald Trump about an intention to meet with the 'CBC' (Congressional Black Caucus) yesterday at an endlessly unhinged press conference.
At first he didn't appear to know what it was, then, well... look yourself.
Ryan was on CNN this morning talking about the question and The President's response to it. She's an extremely professional reporter, as the anchor points out and does try to give Trump the benefit of the doubt.
Ryan has written a book on the three presidents she's posed questions to - The Presidency in Black and White.

"The reporter Donald Trump insulted with racist comment". What was the racist part? No matter what happens everything is racist, this is getting out of control. If you have no news to report you make up racist BS. Report the facts and stop with your liberal race card, it's over.Posted 16:13 | Fri 17th Feb 2017
HOW DISGUSTING Misleading, clcikbait article You really need mental helpPosted 22:03 | Fri 17th Feb 2017
Entertainment.ie are really getting unhinged with these click bait articles claiming President Trump is a racist on everything. If you saw the article you would see a man(Trump) ask what the acronym CBC stood for. Once he was informed of its meaning he then proceeded to try and set up a meeting with this lady to hear her concerns as soon as possible. So she was suprised by his inability to know the meaning of CBC. She should deal with it and not speak in political shorthand. It is not ignorance or racist of anyone just because they do not know the meaning of an acronym. Playing this up as anything other than Race baiting by Entertainment.ie is disingenuous to your readers. It is articles like this that inflame racial divisions. Instead of bringing us all together through education and understanding you would rather further your own anti Trump narrative because it sells better for now.Posted 00:45 | Sat 18th Feb 2017
Donnie not knowing what the CBC stood for isn't racist, now assuming that a black reporter knows the CBC just because she is black is a different matter...Posted 21:26 | Sat 18th Feb 2017
