Starting from May 25th, The House of Peroni will return to Dublin City Centre. The event pairs top Irish and Italian chefs to bring authentic Italian cuisine to the city. Aoife Noonan, executive pastry chef at Luna, Michael Ryan, Master of Pizza from Dublin Pizza Company and The House of Peroni’s Master of Mixology, Federico Riezzo, will present masterclasses and the residency’s Master of Taste, critically acclaimed Italian chef Francesco Mazzei, will oversee the menu for the House of Peroni bar and restaurant.
The theme of the event is Gusto D'Italia (taste of Italy) so you can expect the classic Italian dishes of pizza, pasta and gelato, delivered with an approach that reflects modern Italian cooking.The House Of Peroni will be situated in 1 Dame Lane, and runs until June 4th. It's open to the public and there is no admission fee for entry to the main areas. For those who want a more hands-on experience, a schedule of masterclasses is available on the House of Peroni website.
