Another day, another horsemeat revelation.
Now Tesco is revealing that they did in fact have products on their shelves that contained up to 60% horsemeat. The meals, withdrawn from shelves last week, came from the same factory in France that's at the center of the scandal over the use of horsemeat instead of beef in some of the products shipped to the rest of Europe. It now joins Tesco's frozen burgers, and all the Silvercrest and Findus products that are no longer on shelves.
Romania are dying the earlier claims that they were responsible for the horsemeat going marked as beef, and the rest of the EU are now finger-pointing until someone takes the blame. It's not like horse is all that bad for you anyway, the French eat it all the time, and sure don't they all turn out fantastic.
