John Connor is one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the country. He's the co-founder and co-owner of The Irish Strength Institute, which is based on Leeson Street, Artane and Malahide.

He's also involved in the strength and conditioning of the top combat sports athletes in the world, working with IBF and WBA Super-Bantamweight Champion Carl Frampton, UFC Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor, and the professional fighters out of SBG Ireland.

While there's a wide array of subjects covered, John talks Conor's camp about 22.50 in.

He talks to Mike about McGregor's recent loss and what the jump up in weight classes really meant, Frampton's win over Scot Quigg, and the use of steroids in elite sport and beyond.
