As a self professed carrot aficionado, Aaron Swift contacted the supermarket chain via Twitter yesterday to lament the quality of the carrot battons he'd purchased from the store. 

Boasting an excellent customer service Twitter account, Laura from Tesco was on the case within minutes.

Like a champ, Laura dealt with the situation straight away, offering Aaron a full refund.

Though we're sure Aaron will be delighted to get his money back, he does feel this is just the beginning of a vicious cycle.
