You really have to marvel out how Donald Trump and his cohort of henchmen have completely and utterly detached themselves from the reality everyone else is experiencing.

A lot of this is, no doubt, down to the fact that these people live in a fantasy world of their own making - which is probably why Sean Spicer believes he's "one of the most popular guys in Ireland." Spicer's comments were made during an interview with political site Axios and picked up by the Irish Times today, where the possibility of a Irish TV appearance was also hinted at.

According to the Irish Times, Spicer is hoping to travel to Ireland in the coming months and is understood be making well over $30,000 per public appearances - and that's even before his long-awaited, tell-all book on his time in the Trump White House.

Let's remind of ourselves of Spicer's most famous briefing by way of Melissa McCarthy's performance on SNL.
