To be fair, we don't know a whole lot about the deep depths of the ocean, this very well could be Kraken, then again, the picture was taken from space - so eh, it could a smudge on the camera or something.
Yes, we are morons. But frankly we watched the video a bunch of times and it is kind of mad looking.
The sinister thinking is that it's Cthulhu, a Lovecraftian monster who, like, dreams bad stuff and it happens to us. What a dick! What did we ever do to you, Cthulhu?
Or it could be a whale or particularly large squid breaching the water. Whatever it is, it's pretty damn big anyway.
