This is the cutest collection of animated deaths you're likely to see for a long while. 'Dumb Ways To Die' is a safety campaign employed by Melbourne's rail network Metro, in efforts to educate the populace of the Australian city on the do's and don'ts of dealing with trains. Most of it is common sense, which Metro freely admit saying "Most people are able to recognise for themselves that trains are big, fast and not to be messed with. But sadly a few people just don't get it.", so to get the message across, they've commissioned an animated video that's bound to go viral. Featuring cute (admittedly stupid) animated creatures and an accompanying folksy track, the combination is perfect and hilarious, and follows the trend set by Happy Tree Friends and Andy Riley's Book of Bunny Suicides.

They've more specific train related info on their site, dumbwaystodie.com, and even a dedicated tumblr featuring gifs of the dumb deaths themselves, making this one of the most current and up to date safety campaigns seen in years. Prefer this to our RSA ads any day.
