In what sounds like a story you would make up for your Irish oral exam, a horse managed to enter into a pub in France yesterday.

Imagine sitting in your local, having a nice quiet lunchtime pint - when suddenly a horse walks inside and starts gallavanting around the shop. Pint ruined. For the poor people in a pub in Chantilly, France yesterday that nightmare became a reality.

Video surveillance has surfaced online of a horse strolling into the pub, with customers and employees alike fleeing for their lives. Luckily though, no-one was injured in the situation, and the horse was safely returned to it's trainer, and the people back to their pints.

Chantilly, which is situated just outside of Paris, is quite well known for horse racing, and even has it's own museum dedicated to horses.
