YOUR OPTIONS

• We can either sell all of your tickets or an allocation.
• You can choose from a selection of front of house options:
• Customer brings "Collect at Box Office" email, you download customer list & run your own check in.
• Allow customer to "Print at Home" and use scanner at check in.
• At certain volume levels, we can arrange to print tickets for delivery or collection.
• We can arrange for staff to run your front of house for you at a fee.

AS EASY AS...

• Fill out a once off New Client Form.
• For each event, fill out an Event Listing Form.
• Use your live sales window to see who has booked tickets (No need to wait for reports).
• Tickets go off sale at pre-assigned time.
• Each Monday, we send sales reports for events from the previous week.
• You send an invoice based on those figures.
• We pay direct into your account.

FAQs

• What does it cost? We add a fee which starts at €1 per ticket and is based on the ticket price, sales exclusivity, size of event, etc. It can either be charged to the customer directly or you can subtract it from gross ticket sales.
• How quickly can my event be up? Next business day.
• What can you tell me about who is buying my tickets? You will have access to all customer info but (in accordance with data protection legislation) can only use it for demographic information or emergencies unless the customer either opts in to receive email from "event organiser" when booking, or after you email them once to invite them to join your mailing list and they do so.
