Theatre Camp!

For those of you whose kids are of a dramatic persuasion, who are currently looking for a fun and productive way to spend their summer holidays, this ought to be of interest:

Verdant Productions present Name in Lights, a new summer camp taking place in The Pavilion Theatre for children from 6-11 years and 12-17 years.

Guided by the expertise of Joe Conlan (Star of The Gaiety and Tivoli panto) and Debbie Kiernan (choreographer from The All Ireland Talent Show), students will be given the opportunity to develop their passion for creativity and their interest in musical theatre performance. Participants will learn new musical theatre skills - working with music and songs from hit Broadway & West Ends shows like; Legally Blonde, The Lion King,Hot Shoe Shuffle, Hairspray, Oliver and Matilda.

Summer Camp Dates

Week One: Monday 9 - Fri 13 July

Week Two: Monday 16 - Fri 20 July

10am - 2.30pm each day

The schedule for each day is as follows:

10.00am Registration

10.30am Physical & vocal warm up

10.50am Dance class

11.30am Music class

12.10pm Break 1

12.20am Scenes from shows

12.50pm Dance class

1.20pm Break 2

1.35pm Song & dance

2.10pm Revise & recap on the day's activities

2.30pm End of classes

Summer Camp Fees

One Week: €99

Two Weeks: €149

**Avail of 20% discount when booking for two or more children from the same family!

Places are limited.

Following the two week run of the summer camp there will be a free showcase for friends and family - Sat 21st July 12pm
