Rihanna has made the video for her new single 'American Oxygen' available online.

The star initially debuted the video on Tidal, the new streaming service owned by her bud Jay Z, but has now made it available for the great unwashed to view on Vevo.

Taken from her forthcoming eighth album, the video has undeniable political overtones - not surprising, given its title. It depicts various iconic moments in American history, from the moon landings to the civil rights movement. A little odd, considering Rihanna was born and raised in Barbados, but hey…
