Four more acts have been added to the main stage billing of this year's Groove Festival, joining the likes of the previously-announced Ocean Colour Scene, The Blades, Aslan and Neville Staple Band at Kilruddery House in Bray on July 3rd and 4th.

One of them is Mullingar youngsters The Academic, who had a big 2015 and are already set for an even bigger 2016, having landed on the radars of international tipsters in recent times.

The 4 of Us, stalwarts of the Irish music scene, will also play Groove, along with renowned Bowie tribute Rebel Rebel and blues/rockers The Dave McHugh Band.

That leads the line-up for both days to look a little something like this:

Saturday The Blades, Aslan, Rebel Rebel, The 4 of Us, Jupe
Sunday Ocean Colour Scene, Neville Staple Band, The Academic, Dave McHugh Band, Elm

Further line up announcements along with second stage, activities etc. will be announced in the coming weeks and tickets are on sale now from groovefestival.ie.
