MCD have issued a press release stating that there will be a concert announcement on Friday morning in Croke Park and speculation is already mounting as to who that might be.
You can expect to hear some pretty major concert announcement news at around 10am on Friday morning after MCD distributed a press release late this afternoon alerting the media of an event inside the famous stadium.
It should be noted that MCD don't pull out these bells & whistles for any old concert announcement. In fact, the last two which received the Croke Park announcement treatment was a certain Mr. Garth Brooks and, before that, details of Noel Gallagher's double-headliner gig with Kasabian in Marlay Park.
At this point any suggestions as to who it might be is pure speculation but that's not going to stop guesses flying about between now and Friday morning.
