The full line-up for the Spirit of Folk festival has been revealed with Kíla set to headline. In addition, the festival will also feature hotly-anticipated sets from the likes of Tupelo and In Their Thousands.

After engaging in a Glastonbury-style fallow year last year, the Spirit of Folk festival returns to the idyllic surroundings of Dunderry Park, Co Meath from September 19th to 21st where attendees will see musicians and storytellers from all over Ireland and the UK come together for a weekend sprinkled with a folksy tint.

As per the presser:

This year’s festival will feature: Kila, hailed as one of Ireland’s most innovative and exciting bands; Tupelo, voted best Folk Act at the Hot Press Reader's Poll 2013; Dan Walsh, Touted as one of the finest banjo players in the UK; In Their Thousands, a four-piece outfit comprising alt-country, folk & rock; Dan Amor, Hailing from North Wales, a formidable talent making his way to Ireland for the first time; The Emerald Armada, an energetic festival-favorite and Belfast born and bred.

Sounds okay by us!
