Happy Mondays, Kaiser Chiefs and The Coronas lead Sea Sessions line-up

sea sessions 2012

Happy Mondays, Kaiser Chiefs, The Coronas, Rev RUN and Beardyman will headline this summer's Sea Sessions in Bundoran, Co. Donegal. The three day surf, skate n' music festival will take place from June 29th to July 1st.

As well as the aforementioned acts there will, as always, be a strong line-up of stellar Irish acts including recent Choice Prize winner Jape, Delorentos, We Cut Corners, The Minutes and Ham Sandwich to mention a few. Joining the Irish contingent will be UK acts such as Simon and Oscar from Ocean Colour Scene, Fujiya & Miyagi and more.

The water is going to be just as hot as the music this year with Ireland’s largest cash prize in surfing on offer. Barefoot Wines have pulled out all the corks to get behind the landmark event which is the only surf competition in Ireland to be sanctioned by the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) Europe. The Barefoot Expression Session in association with Billabong will see the top surfers of Europe eyeing up the cash prize and taking each other on in a viewer friendly format.
