Vaughan’s Eatery @ Vaughan’s Eagle House Terenure, offers an alternative dining experience to a general pub grub menu. Quality ingredients are combined with highly skilled chefs, to create a sophisticated menu complimented by top food critics and food magazines (Tom Doorley 2008, Paolo Tullio 2009, Food & Wine Magazine 2010...). These quotes capture the high standards endeavoured at Vaughan’s.
All meat is 100% Irish, supplied by O’Tooles Butchers – Ireland’s first organic butcher. The wine list is carefully compiled by Charles Derain, French master of Wine and ex-sommelier of Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud.
It is the accumulation of these characteristics, along with friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere that makes Vaughan’s a unique dining experience.

  Great pub in the true sense of the word, almost my local :-) A very good selection of fine wines available. Food is above average for a bar. Staff are excellent and v polite. Well worht a visit.
