A student festival for Irish music. Featuring sessions, céilí, lecture, Trad disco and concerts with some of Ireland's best musicians.
Monday’s trad session and Tuesday evening concert take place in An Spailpín Fanac. On Wednesday the lunchtime concert will be in the seomra Caidreamh UCC and there will be an evening Ceili. Thursday offers a traditional music lecture in O'Riada Hall UCC and an evening student concert in An Spailpín Fanac. Friday’s lunchtime concert is in Aula Maxima UCC and in the evening the main act is in the Pavilion, Cork City. A tune composition competition will run throughout the week, entries taken week before and results given at Thursday night student concert.
