There But For The Grace Of Putin Go...

In light of Pussy Riot being condemned to a 2 year jail sentence for storming the altar of the Christ the Saviour Cathedral in February and performing a \'punk prayer asking the Virgin Mary to rid Russia of President Vladimir Putin, we thought we\'d have a look at some of the top celeb blasphemers and controversy courters who wouldn\'t stand if Putin had his say. Saying nothing of this album cover, there's Frank Zappa's lyrics to Catholic Girls: ''There's nothing like a catholic girl, At the cyo, When they learn to blow''...   Lady Gaga, no stranger to controversy and latex, performed as a nun in concert at the O2 Arena Prague, Czech Republic in 2010. Photo
And last but not least, our nation's own Sinead O'Connor, who caused uproar worldwide when she tore up a picture of the Pope during a performance on live TV.
