What were your 2011 highlights? The Votes are all in for your favourite moments and people here in our Annual Awards.

Red Carpet Icon

Mila Kunis

"The SAGS, The Globes, The Oscars - the sultry Mila Kunis got it consistently right this year. Beyonce looking bountiful in her fiercely fashionable maternity wear almost swayed you, as did the majesty of Helen Mirren's ensembles, but we've got the feeling Mila's extra votes were aided by a certain scene in Black Swan. Just saying."
Sheena McGinley - Senior Editor entertainment.ie

Red Carpet #Fail

Rihanna

This year alone, Rihanna has provided us with dolly mixture pants, a questionable tartan mini dress, and several overly feathered numbers, but it was this ode to Christmas tinsel that crossed a line with entertainment.ie voters. Personally, I found Jessie J's collection of onsies far more disturbing.

'Deadliest Catch'

Tommy Bowe

"I must admit I had a good laugh at the name of the award. I hope the voters had a bit of craic voting for their favourites of 2011. Thanks to entertainment.ie for my cool looking award."

Best Irish TV Show

Love/Hate

"We are delighted to receive the Eric award, and would like to thank everyone who voted for LOVE/HATE. It has been amazing to get such a great response from the audience and we are thrilled that this homegrown Irish drama has been enjoyed by so many people"
Octagon Films

Worst Irish TV Show

Fade Street

Discerning entertainment.ie viewers voted forced conversations in Wexford pubs, forced conversations in Dublin eateries, and forced encounters outside certain wine bars ahead of The All Ireland Talent Show and The Apprentice - You're Fired. Yes, Fade Street is that bad. Bet you still watch it on the sly, though.

Best TV Presenter

Gordon Hayden (3e)

"On behalf of myself and team on 3e's Uploaded a massive thank you for all those that took the time to vote. It is greatly appreciated it. Thank you!"

Raunchiest Radio Voice

Marty Miller (Nova)

"Wow.. for years I've been talking and have gotten used to being ignored. But that ends now! Radio's Raunchiest Voice of 2011.. It's official! I'm thrilled, honoured and .. shocked!! THANK YOU SO MUCH NOVA listeners for the votes. You guys ROCK!"

Stand Up Comedian

Eric Lalor

"I guess my name was always on the trophy… Seriously though, very honoured and deeply humbled to have won the award especially knowing it was a public vote. I'd love to thank everyone who voted, my family, friends and the fans of Bohemians FC who I know made a concerted effort to keep voting. I'll stop now before I go all Miss World and start bawling my eyes out."

Movie of the Year

The Guard

"We are really delighted with how well THE GUARD has performed both in Ireland and internationally and with the amount of awards that it has been gathering. We are really chuffed with this Eric as it comes from entertainment.ie's users, and Irish fans of the film have made it the No1 DVD in Ireland for 2011."
Andrew Lowe - Producer of The Guard and Head of Element Pictures

Album of the year

Adele - 21

"17 million copies sold, 6 Grammy nominations, a number one album in over 25 countries and the accolades just keep rolling in for Adele. You voted overwhelmingly in favour of her album '21' being the best record released in 2011 and who can say the Londoner doesn't deserve it?"
John Balfe - Music Editor entertainment.ie

Best Irish Act

The Script

"This is a lovely surprise, as we are heading into the studio this morning to start on album 3 and winning this prize from home has really given us a boost. Thanks to entertainment.ie for your support and most of all to the site visitors who make the difference for a band like us… Gerrup outta tha Ireland! Love, from The Script"
Mark from The Script

Live Event of the Year

Electric Picnic

"We're really chuffed to win best live event! Especially from awards based on a public vote like the Erics. Thanks so much from team Electric Picnic to everyone who voted! See you in September."
Elaine Byrne - POD.IE

Best Comedy Venue

Anseo

"The fact that so many thousands of people voted for my intimate, fun, room of creativity and laughter makes me even happier. This award will help us create even more laughter in Ireland :)...."
Aidan of the Killian Clan

Best Theatre Venue

Town Hall Theatre Galway

"We are so delighted and very proud that we have been chosen as the Best Theatre Venue by our wonderful friends and audiences. We would like to thank everyone who voted for us, in Galway and all around the country and we will do our best to live up to the honour of being the Best Theatre Venue in Ireland."

Over Exposure Award

Georgia Salpa

From underwear modelling, to Calum Best straddling, and then on to the most over exposed house on the planet… Georgia was always going to win the Over Exposure Award - although she did have to fight off stiff competition in the form of the Kardashians.
Sheena McGinley - Senior Editor entertainment.ie

Twitterati Award

@planetjedward

"It's so cool that we won two Erics! We'd like to thank each other for being cool and always being there for each other. Jedward fans are jedicated, they rock. Peace out."

Irish Blogger

The Gaming Liberty

"Everyone here at TheGamingLiberty would like to say a huge thank you for all of the heartfelt support we have received since we started this venture. Thank you to our incredible supporters and readers, the fantastic folks who work in gaming PR in Ireland, our dedicated brothers and sisters who run other Irish gaming websites and blogs and everyone at entertainment.ie for nominating us for this award. We're promising bigger and better things for 2012" Shane Willoughby - TheGamingLiberty.com

Game You Wouldn't Trade In

Batman: Arkham City

"Without doubt the best game of 2012. The follow on from 2009 smash Arkham Asylum, Arkham City is far more expansive with lots of side missions to keep you occupied, adding to the replayability. Similar to the big film greats, you must play this game more than once to catch everything that is going on."
Dave Bryan - Reformed Gamer and Senior Content Manager entertainment.ie

Brown Trousers Moment

Amanda Brunker's - Oxegen "performance"

That dancing. That voice. That crowd… Sure you could hardly tell Brunker and Jessie J apart. Indeed you found Amanda Brunker's bizarre OXEGEN appearance the most uncomfortable moment of 2011, just ahead of Sean Gallagher's Brown Envelope scenario.
Sheena McGinley - Senior Editor entertainment.ie

"Just For Being Deadly"

Jedward

"It's so cool that we won two Erics! We'd like to thank each other for being cool and always being there for each other. Jedward fans are jedicated, they rock. Peace out."
