Winehouse May Face Legal Action Over No-Show

Winehouse May Face Legal Action Over No-Show 02 September 2008

Amy Winehouse may face legal action over her latest no-show.

The singer was supposed to have headlined Parisian festival Rock en Seine on Friday night, but cancelled her appearance just two hours before she was due on stage - leaving organisers fuming.

They issued a statement saying that they were given 'no explanation for the exact reasons of her absence', and are rumoured to have threatened legal action for the breach of contract.

A statement from the Winehouse camp declined to comment, but claimed that she had taken ill at home on Friday afternoon.
