This might well be the best music video you see all year, and 2017 is only 17 days old.

When rapper Young Thug failed to show up on time for the $100,000 music video shoot for his song 'Wyclef Jean', directors Pomp&Clout were left with no option but to proceed without him, given the time and money that had already been spent on it. When he eventually does show up 10 hours late, he refuses to get out of his car for the most first-world problem ever.

The resultant video - which documents both the rapper's outlandish concept and the reality of the shoot, courtesy of the hilarious text narration - makes for a hugely entertaining 4 minutes and 52 seconds.

It's a work of satirical genius without even trying to be, if such a thing is possible.
