A 6-year-old Japanese kid became the Guinness World Record holder of the 'Youngest Club DJ in the World' title at the weekend, after he played an hour-long set in an Osaka club.

Itsuki Morita, who was 6 years and 114 days at the time of the record, took to the wheels of steel at a restaurant and bar called L in Osaka, and in fairness he absolutely nailed the whole fading/mixing thing in front of a crowd of bemused onlookers.

He told Guinness World Records: "I saw people DJing and thought it looks fun", adding that a friend of his mum's taught him how to mix. "I was really happy that I could DJ," he said. "Everyone says it's great."
