Following in the footsteps of many Americans over the last 24 hours, Snoop Dogg has said he's moving to Canada after Donald Trump was elected.

Alright, so the rapper was more than likely joking about his relocation, but he did ask Drake for help with his relocation to Toronto, captioning the below photo: "My new home. @champagnepapi I need the hookup on some property. Nefew fuck this shit I'm going to the. 6ix."

He also posted a video skit of himself in an airport in Canada, being met by Drake and joined by Bernie Sanders:

He also shared his thoughts on Trump's victory in a video that criticised Hillary Clinton's running mate Tim Caine for being a "weak-ass motherf**ka".

"She should have put Bernie as her motherf**ckin' running mate," he says, before saying that the American public will "have to get used to it, just like they had to get used to Obama."

"But time heals all that sh*t, so we just gotta give [Trump] a shot, give him a chance," he said. "Trump - you on the clock. Let's see what you got."
