Well, okay. 'Hanging out' is a bit of a stretch, but the rapper was filmed by TMZ donating a few of his new mixtapes, Beach City, to LAPD's finest the other day.
What they didn't see was footage taken directly before he rubbed shoulders with the police officers, which saw him with an illegal-looking cigarette hanging from his lips. Never mind - it was his birthday, after all.
