Watch: Sisqo (yes, that Sisqo) is back with a 2017 version of 'Thong Song' and it's a banger

In fact, it's been 2017-ed up to possibly be even more of a banger than the original (if that's even possible).

Sisqo's teamed up with Norwegian production trio JCY (pronounced 'juicy') for the updated version of his 1999 summer hit, explaining his reasons for doing so to Buzzfeed thusly:

"I've been asked so many times over the years to make a new version of 'Thong Song' and I have declined every time until I heard the new version that JCY did. I thought it was dope and figured maybe it was time to put some new rims on the Bugatti."

So basically, he's in it for the money but we're not complaining and who can blame him. Although we do miss that Wes Montgomery 'Eleanor Rigby' string sample, it must be said.
