It happens to the best of us - but usually not in front of a crowd of thousands.

Unfortunately, Pepa fom r'n'b/hip-hop trio Salt-N-Pepa took a bit of a tumble during a gig at a '90s Fest in Brooklyn at the weekend, as she was leaning over the railing to greet fans in the front row.

As she went to jump from one platform to another, she missed her footing and came down hard.

According to TMZ, who had video footage of the incident, she brushed it off and said "I've never known any other city that could make me do that. New York City got me busting my ass, y'all got me hyped up in here."

Madonna and The Edge both feel your pain, Pepa.
