We can't imagine that Jay Z is a Trump sympathiser or supporter in any way, shape or form - but that didn't stop him refusing to badmouth him at a press conference.

The rapper was at Sundance to promote a new documentary about Kalief Browder, a young man who died in prison after being held without a conviction for three years.

When asked by a reporter what his thoughts on Donald Trump were, he said 'Not going to answer that' before the film's producer Harvey Weinstein jumped in and shut it down.

Both Jay Z and Beyoncé were ardent supporters of both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, so perhaps he was worried that if he started on the new president, he wouldn't be able to stop. Or maybe he's just saving it all for a new album.
