U2 kick off the first night of their Joshua Tree 30th anniversary world tour in Vancouver tonight, and footage has emerged of Bono and co. in rehearsal at the city's BC Stadium ahead of it.

The Dubliners make their return to their hometown at Croke Park on July 22nd, but perhaps this fan-shot footage - from outside of the stadium, that is - will whet your appetite. In it, the band play tracks like 'A Sort of Homecoming', 'New Year's Day', 'Where the Streets Have No Name' and more.

The foursome will play their acclaimed 1987 album in full every night, although according to The Edge's past comments, not necessarily in sequential order.
