Dave Grohl has unveiled the trailer to his 'Sonic Highways' HBO series ahead of the release of the band's next album of the same name.
The eight-part HBO series will debut on October 17th in the States and will tell the story of the recording of the album in eight different cities, sampling the different flavours of indiginous American music along the way. The doc series features interviews with the likes of Pharrell Williams, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Dan Auerbach and even President Barack Obama.
Sonic Highways (the album) will be released in early November and, judging by the appetiser above, it's going to be a good 'un.
