Ed Sheeran may currently be on a break from touring, recording and playing live, but that didn't stop him making a surprise appearance during a mate's set at Latitude over the weekend.
Sheeran's friendship with Northern Irish singer Foy Vance stretches back several years; he even has a lyric from Vance's song 'Guiding Light' tattooed on him, and signed him to his Gingerbread Man record label recently.
He temporarily stepped back into the limelight yesterday at the English festival to play on that very song, 'Guiding Light'.
