A number of the biggest names in music performed at the Billboard Music Awards last night - some more successfully than others.
Hozier, for example, went down a treat as he performed 'Take Me to Church' for the billionth time and managed not to look too bored throughout:
Ed Sheeran performed his song 'Bloodstream':
Kanye West had much of his performance of 'All Day' muted, similar to his appearance at the BRIT Awards:
Even Simple Minds showed up to play their biggest hit '(Don't You) Forget About Me':
Mariah Carey performed 'Vision of Love' and 'Infinity', but her performance split the audience. Some felt that she had trouble reaching the upper echelons of her vocal register - others think that she killed it.
