Walsh Holds Auditions for Girl Group

Walsh Holds Auditions for Girl Group 18 July 2008

Louis Walsh is hosting auditions for a new girl band in Dublin next weekend.

Now that Girls Aloud are getting on/getting fed up, there's a void in the girl group market that Walsh and Westlife's Kian Egan are eager to fill.

The two will manage the band, which will consist of five females between the ages of 15 and 25.

Auditions will be held at the POD complex next Friday (July 25th) and Saturday (26th) from 12pm to 6pm, and callbacks will be held on the 27th.

"I am really hoping we are going to see and hear some great talent from all parts of the country," said walking advertisement for ProTools, Egan. "I know how much an audition like this can change your life - so my advice is to go for it."
