WATCH Florence and The Machine stop a gig to break up fight
Florence Welch was forced to intervene in a fight which had broken out in the middle of her performance in Aberdeen on Sunday night. The incident occurred a Florence + The Machine gig at the Exhibition and Conference Centre, during a performance of the song 'Shake It Out'.
Midway through the song, Welch spotted audience members pushing and throwing punches and, having stopped the song, intervened with: "Excuse me, all of you. Stop it!"
Having seen that a female concertgoer was visibly upset, she said: "Is she going to be okay? Are you alright my love?", before jumping (barefoot, might we add) into the crowd to comfort her.
