Video Happy Hour: Jimi Hendrix, Vampire Weekend
22 February 2010Vampire Weekend have unveiled an all-star tennis themed video for their new single, 'Giving Up The Gun'. The video features guest appearances from Jake Gyllenhaal, Joe Jonas, Wu Tang Clan's RZA and rapper Lil Jon. Watch it below:
A single is being release from the forthcoming posthumous Jimi Hendrix album 'Valleys of Neptune'. The song is a rare cover of Elmore James' blues classic 'Bleeding Heart' and was recorded in 1969, shortly before Hendrix's death. A video for the single has been directed by Julien Temple, best known for directing the Sex Pistols documentary 'The Filth And The Fury', and can be seen below.
