It's no secret that we're big fans of Heathers here in entertainment.ie. The Macnamara sisters picked picked up our (fan-voted) award for Best Irish Album of the Year at our annual awards, The Erics, in January for their album Kingdom. As if 2012 wasn't a busy enough twelve months for the duo, it's already looking as though 2013 might eclipse it in terms of success.

Having signed a deal with Universal Music Publishing UK last year, the girls have spent the last few months finalising a series of distribution deals. Having signed to Sony Music Canada recently, this means that Kingdom will soon hit record store shelves in Germany, Central Europe, Japan, Scandinavia and North America.

Ellie and Louise were recently invited to Los Angeles to perform for Steven Spielberg and JJ Abrams at an Oscar party in Santa Monica (not quite as high profile as The Erics, but still...) and also recently revealed that a host of top stars are interested in collaborations, one of those being David Guetta.

Following on the from the massive success of Kingdom's first single, the heartbreakingly catchy 'Forget Me Knots', another single from the album - 'Lions, Tigers, Bears' - has got the video treatment and you can see that right here.
