Two Door Cinema Club talk unlikely Lady Gaga collaboration
31 January 2012This one is right up there with any unlikely musical collaboration you can think of. Lady Gaga and Two Door Cinema Club are working on a song together, a remix of 'Electric Chapel' from Gaga's Born This Way.
The Irish band were gazumped when Lady Gaga got in contact with current holders of the Choice Music Prize as asked them to come up with a track for her album. Frontman Alex Trimble told The Sun: "She said we only had a week. That's not a lot of time, especially as we were on tour, but I couldn't turn down such an incredible opportunity. So we worked every single day and night and threw it together. I'm really proud of it."
Hmm. Didn't see this one coming at all...
